Q: Will the transfer be direct or stop en-route?
A.: Depending on the transfer you book, shuttle buses and shared tranfers will pıck you up and drop off people en-route but will drop you off at your hotel. Private transfers provide a door to door service.
Q: Where is my confirmation voucher?
A.: BlueLagoonTransfers.com WORKS on REAL TIME confirmations which means, once you book your reservation it will be in operation programme. This makes BlueLagoonTransfers.com dıfferent to other transfer companies as they work on computer confirmation systems which cause miss bookings or faults etc….. Your Confirmation voucher is send over to you wıthin 15 minutes of you making your booking. At the time of booking our system generates a reference number which will help you track your bookings on our website.
Q: How do I find you at the Airport?
A.: When you arrive at your destination airport, there will be one of our Airport Reps holding a BlueLagoonTransfers.com BOARD. All you need to do is identify yourself to our rep. In some resorts we use name boards but you wıll be informed on your confirmation voucher.
Q: I made a mistake/missed off some information when I placed my booking what should I do?
A.: Don’t panic! We check all the reservations before we confirm. If necessary we will contact and ask for the necessary information. If you make a mistake whilst booking i.e. missed off your arrival flight number etc… You will receive a prompt message you for the correct details. You can also contact us using the WhatsApp/Messenger button which is located at the top right of our website. Alternatively you can call us on +90 539 528 5593.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: Our local representative or driver monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.NO DELAY CHARGES
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
We accept 2 types of payments.
1-Credit Card Payments.
2- You can pay by cash on arrival/departure. It can be paid for in your local currency or your own currency. If your local currency is preferred it will be the equivalent of the original amount. Local Exchange Rates apply.
Q: I’m travelling to a private property and not to a hotel or apartment, what can I do?
We can cater to any destination within a specific resort or city, just please let us know the full address of the place you need to be taken to. İf you don’t know the full address we can drop you off at the local tourist office. As long as you can provide us with the address and you can describe where your property is and provide us a nearby specific place (i.e. a nearby hotel) we can operate your transfer. Door to Door transfers are no problem for the hotels and hotel-apartments.
Q: What if I'm travelling with a Wheelchair?

Q: How much luggage can I take in the shuttle?
A: Most taxis are able to accommodate a suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. (Up to 3 passengers per taxi, children and babies count- except in certain destinations where the maximum is 3 passengers). Select your required resort and choice the taxi or mini bus size you require for your party. If you are travelling with excess luggage for example pushchairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs or any other out of the ordinary item, it is important that you make us aware at the time of booking. Extra charges might be applicable and failure to inform us might result in additional charges occurring on arrival.
Q: Child Seats / Baby Seats
A: We do provide child seats/baby seats for FREE on PRIVATE TRANSFERS.
Q: Do I need to tip the driver?
A: The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your resort taxi driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
Q: Last minute bookings?
A: This is one of the biggest differences between us and the other transfer companies, www.BlueLagoonTransfers.com allows you to book your airport transfers ONLINE 24 hours prior to your flight. We also accept phone bookings up to 1 hours prior to your flight(When Avaible).
Q: Will my shuttle transfer take me straight to my hotel entrance?
A: Whilst we endeavor to operate a door-to-door service wıth out transfers, on some occasions this may not be possible where a shuttle transfer has been booked. Where it is not physically possible for us to access certain hotels & apartments, due to their location i.e. Old Town, Beach front and local festivals. We will always ensure you are taken to the nearest drop off point. We will not be responsible for any payments you have to make for local taxis. Shuttle transfers DO operate to private homes or timeshare apartments, as long as we can provide a nearby hotel or a specific point that the driver will be able to find. PRIVATE TRANSFERS go to PRIVATE ACCOMODATİON or HOLIDAY HOMES. With private transfers we run you door to door with no waiting time at the airport.
